Kneel on right knee. Draw shoulders back. Open chest and gaze into drishti. Open chest and tuck chin in. Place right hand on wall and left hand on knee. Revolve spine and gaze at finger.

Sit on floor. Fold right leg to knee extend left leg out. Open chest reach left arm forward.
Stretch left arm over to left foot. Lean body toward left foot. Inhale deeply and fold.
