Bhujangasana to loosen the spine.
Kneel at the wall, place your arms on the wall reaching your arms up as high as you can.
Lean your chest against the wall and keep your chin raised. Draw your blades down.

Kneel on your left leg and place your left hand over your right knee. Draw your chest open and revolve to the wall. Press feet into the ground and engage your abdominal.
