Yoga Theraball & Leg Split Poses:

Sit on a Theraball with your feet against the wall. Allow you body to sit tall and gaze at the wall. Begin to inhale and as you exhale curve your body into a C position. Press your feet into the wall and tuck your chin in.
Lean into forward bend. Raise your right leg up the wall and lean your chest to your left leg. Reach your right leg as high as possible up the wall. Drop you head toward the floor allowing gravity to pull you down and slowly inhale.
As in all exercises be certain to use your Energy Gates the Bandhas.
Mulabandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Banda.
Be mindful of the Various Chakras to help you maintain concentration.
Applying Drishtis, Yogic Breathing, Mudras are all wonderful exercises to help keep the body focused and energized.
